New Pouch Soju!!
One of the popular soju brands, ‘Chum churum soju’, is coming out with a new packaging for summer season. Chum churum means ‘like the first time’, which is also interpreted as pure. It is made by a distiller called Lotte Liquor that produces soju as a second largest company in the world. It looks like they are going to try something similar to a well-known Slurpee type ice-cream, ‘sulleim’.
As summer season is coming, it will be more convenient to take one of these pouch pack soju. After storing it in the freezer (under -18°C) for about 2 hours, soju will be frozen enough to drink it like Slurpee. What is also appealing about this for summer season is that you can cool it down much faster than a PET bottle and lighter. The price is not so bad for an adult ice-cream because it is only 1,097 won. For people who enjoy camping, hiking, outdoorsy activities, this might be a good replacement to take it with you!
