About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic focusing on customer service, and driven patient care coordinator who wants to work with intelligent and supportive people to successfully care for our patients at VIP PS. You do not need any clinical knowledge as we will be training you, but we are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented and driven to learn new knowledge.
Perform all functions assigned to the clinical support team, which include:
– Engaging patients and providing service by explaining the medical tourism process over the phone and in-person
– Obtaining patient information required to facilitate the clinical process
– Answering phone calls, email, and text messages professionally from patients
– Translating from Korean to English / Indonesia Bahasa or vice versa to facilitate the communication between the doctor and the patient
– Accurate patient record keeping in the VIP PS system
– Scheduling and assisting patients with medical tourism appointments
– Other projects as assigned
Requirements
– Fluent in English or Bahasa Indonesia
– Ability to communicate in Korean
– Bachelors degree
– Excellent customer-service mindset to take care of patients from the beginning to the end of their medical tour process
– Excellent communication skills
– Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
– Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Doc and Sheet.
– Full time: Monday to Friday 10AM – 7PM
– Part-time: can be arranged accordingly
– Minimum contract: 1 year
– VISA to stay in Jeju will not be provided

– Salary: 30,000,000-35,000,000won per year (2,500,000+ per month)
– Days off per year: 11 (first year), 15 (second year)
