1. Full-Time & Part-Time Instructor Position for Junior Literature Program (reading, writing, discussion)
The 100 Classics program offers a motivating studying method through reading, writing, and discussion. This is an English educational program for elementary, middle school, and high school students, (grades 3~9) to develop cultural refinement, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills.
Qualifications
Potential instructor candidates for the 100 Classics program must have a college degree from an accredited university, preferably with degree in English Literature or certificate by Teacher’s College. Candidates with previous teaching experience in ESL and/or are degree holders in related fields such as literature/writing and education, are preferred. Candidates with curriculum development experience as well as candidates who can commit to more than one year are also preferred. Above all requirements, instructors must enjoy the company of a younger demographic of students. Successful instructors should be passionate and compassionate instructors who have the ability to adapt to numerous class situations. ***Candidates already in Korea with required documents ready preferred***
Class Schedule – Classes Begin September 1
Full-Time
Teacher must be available Monday through Friday 3:40~9:50, Saturdays 9:00~5:30.
Class schedule may vary between times listed above; Saturday availability is mandatory.
88~100 hours of teaching per month.
Part-Time
Class schedule may vary. Teacher can choose from the following options:
a. Monday ~ Thursday 3:40PM ~ 6:40PM
b. Monday ~ Thursday 3:40PM ~ 6:40PM and Saturdays 9:00AM ~ 5:30PM
c. Saturdays 9:00AM ~ 5:30PM
Lunch break for Saturday classes from 12:30~1:50PM
*Teachers must receive mandatory training prior to teaching classes
Location (preferred location is not guaranteed)
Apgujeong (Subway Line. no. 3) and/or Samseong (Subway Line. no. 2)

Full-Time Compensation & Benefits
Details regarding compensation and benefits for full-time teachers will be discussed during the interview.

25,000KRW per hour.
2. Part-Time Instructor Position for TOEFL
The Princeton Review Korea’s TOEFL preparation program has been carefully designed to equip students with effective strategies and methods to take the TOEFL tests. Instructors will receive training to familiarize themselves with TPRK’s strategies and methods. They will also be provided with a class syllabus and all required texts.
Qualifications
Potential candidates must have taken the TOEFL tests and hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. Graduate degree holders in related fields and candidates with teaching experience is plus but not necessary. Other degree holders with related experience are also welcome to apply. ***English-Korean bilingual candidates already in Korea preferred.***
