2. [FT] Office Support Representative / Global Cultural Ambassador
[Locations/Schedule]
A. [FT] Seoul Yangjae (서울 양재)
· Female Native Speaker or Female Gyopo preferred
· Monday to Friday 11:00AM ~ 8:00PM
· Some Saturdays will be required for conducting instructor workshops/training
· Start Date: July 1, 2016
· Training Start Date: June 20, 2016
[Salary]
· About 2.5 million per month
· (subject to change depends on lecture hours/office work hours)
· For E2 and F visa holders only, housing will be provided
· Alternatively, extra housing stipend of 400,000KRW will be provided for E2 and F visa only
[Job Description]
· Serve as cultural ambassador and warmly receive guests/visitors to the facility, following appropriate protocol and procedures
· Teach Business English / speaking proficiency enhancement classes (1:1 coaching & small group discussion)
· Active participant in regional instructor workshop planning, conduction
· Perform operational/administrative duties for management of client company facilities (classroom, labs, coaching room, storage of teaching materials.)
· Handle logistics-related issues including classroom assignments, instructor/student notifications, in coordination with head office as necessary
[Basic Qualifications]
· Prior Experience in corporate field (over 1 year) or teaching business English (over 1 year)
· Demonstrated experience and skill in managing people
· The ability to work remotely/independently but as an extended part of an orchestrated team effort
· Flexibility of mind, perspective, approach to work, and the ability to maintain objective viewpoints
· Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings held at the head office
· Strong interpersonal communication skills and frequent communication with heat office teams and personnel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proactive, positive mindset and ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment
· Must possess excellent follow-through and problem solving ability
