[FT Managerial Staff] Academic Coordinator for Corporate Trainers (Bilingual)

[Job Description]
1. Instructor Monitoring, Management & Training (Program Quality Assurance):
• Coordinate with the head office to create schedules and action plans for session launches, instructor observation/monitoring schedules/feedback & reporting
• Planning, developing, implementing creative methods in supporting teachers to enhance performance
• Teacher/student academic counseling (needs basis)
• Active participant in regional instructor workshop planning, development, conduction
• Frequent communication and collaboration with Academic staff to discuss content and curriculum-related issues and feedback from instructors and students for continuous evolution of program materials and delivery methods
• Substitute teaching possible on case-by-case basis with advanced notice from head office

2. Facility Management & Operational Duties:
• Serve as ‘Cultural Ambassador’ and warmly receive guests/visitors to the facility, following appropriate protocol and procedures
• Handle logistics-related issues including classroom assignments, instructor/student notifications, in coordination with Operations/Academic as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly environment in the lounge, desk area, computer labs, and classrooms
• Establish and maintain cordial, collaborative relationship with client coordinator for facility-related communication
• Planning and coordinating special events to spread awareness of the global learning space and cultivate an engaging atmosphere of fun learning, open-mindedness, and camaraderie.

[Basic Qualifications]
• Must be bilingual in English and Korean
• Business English/Corporate Training experience with insight into teaching methodology and class/student management
• Demonstrated experience and skill in managing people
• The ability to work independently but as an extended part of an orchestrated team effort
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and frequent communication with head office teams and Personnel (face-to-face, telephone, email)
• Computer skills to include Excel and PowerPoint

[Locations/Schedule]
• Gyeonggido Paju-si
• Monday ~ Friday 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
• Some Saturdays will be required
o Must be flexible outside regular work hours on situational basis (i.e. unforeseen circumstances, teaching, weekly meetings, training workshops on Saturday etc.)
• Start Date: ASAP (May / June 2018)

[Salary]
• Will be discussed during the interview (negotiable based on qualification)
