Job title: Copy editor
Company: Seoul Selection (Jongno-gu, Seoul)
Job description: We’re looking for a native English speaker with copy editing experience to join our Translation Team.
· The copy editor will edit and proofread texts that have been translated to English to ensure a natural voice while maintaining integrity to the original text. Client projects include art catalogues and critiques, press releases, academic papers, government reports, and more.
· The copy editor will also work with Seoul Selection’s publishing department to copy edit and proofread new books and marketing materials.
· Requirements: Native English speaker (Korean language ability a plus)
Experience in copy editing and proofreading
Salary: KRW 2.5–3.5 mil/month, depending on experience
Visa requirements: E-7 (can be sponsored if qualified), F visas
Details: Full-time, M–F, 9:30–6:30. Health insurance and other social insurances are covered. Freelance positions are also available.
