PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team. Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.
Shows initiative and drives topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.
Works closely together with others and shares expertise to ensure product success.
Constantly improves own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS
Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific product features in a development team. Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code.
– C++ software development & programming
– Data structure and algorithms
– SQL / stored procedure processing, database & business application
– Understanding of computer hardware architecture and OS
– Knowledge on machine learning and deep learning research
– Interest and talent on solving real problems with new ideas and logical resoning
– Architecture modeling & documentation
– Strong responsiblity and professionalism; integrity and teamwork
– Ability to manage customer escalations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
– Business English: fluent
– Software development expertise
– Bachelor or master degree or equivalent education
