Part-Time Data Entry Technician

Laulima Government Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Data Entry Technician to support the Army Military Vaccine Clinical Research Ctr (MVCRC).

Job Duties:

• Enter and/or verify volunteer demographics, protocol information, immunization data, and laboratory values/data for study persons into a database.
• Enter clinical research data for regulatory reports.
• Use Datalabs database to complete data entry requests for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) final reports.
• Organize files alphabetically, numerically or by protocol and provide sufficient order for easy retrieval in the Medical Records Repository.
• Pull and track all records needed for miscellaneous audits and by other members of the study team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).  Completed HIPAA training.
• Must be able to type 50-55 words/minute.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Must have attention to detail and thorough knowledge of database system and customer’s required outcome.
• The ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Clearance:

Requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen and have a favorable NAC background Investigations completed.  (The NAC background will be done in Korea).
