Job Position: Communications Executive

Job Type: 6-Month Contracted Position (Replacement for maternity leave)

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements: English-Native Level / Korean-Basic Level (*preferred)

Years of Professional Experience: Fresh graduate ~ 2 years (*working experience preferred)

Official Working Hours: Monday~Friday 9:30am~6:30pm (*occasional overtime required)

Location: 12th Fl. Korea Economic Daily News Bldg., Cheongpa-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea (Chungjeongno Station Exit no. 4)

Main Duties: English Editing & Internship Program Management

 

English Editing Responsibilities:

Provide professional English editing & English communication services to Research teams & Operations
Work with existing English materials and focus on the five key areas of grammar, tone & manner, clarity, logic and vocabulary, to ensure the highest quality deliverables for our clients (e.g. reports, proposals, questionnaires, guidelines, concept testing boards, etc.)
Internship Program Management Responsibilities:

Conduct year-round recruitment (Involved with the entire recruitment process: job posting, testing, interviewing, orientation upon joining, etc.)
Daily management of 30+ interns and administrative tasks

Employment Status: Contractual for 6 months

 

Qualifications

Native-level English proficiency (Both spoken and written)
High level of proficiency in business English (Both spoken and written)
Preferred BA in English literature or communications
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Leadership and motivational skills
Capable of effectively managing a team of 30+ interns
Minimum 0-2 years experience in a corporate environment (*preferred)
Experience in marketing/research (*preferred)
Holder of F-4, F-2 or working visa (*visa sponsorship is not provided by the company)
