Job Description:
- Serving Korea market
- Handling inbound calls pertaining inquiries, feedback and complaints related to travel packages, hotels/flight booking issue.
Requirements:
- Korean
- Degree in any discipline
- Good command of English and Korean
- Willing to work in Malaysia
