Creative English Teacher Needed in Goyang (Ilsan)
Fortian English Academy is currently seeking a teacher to provide instruction in reading and speaking for both elementary and middle school students. We are a language school that focuses on applied English skills alongside academic skills. We foster creativity and critical thinking through collaborative learning, projects, presentations, debate, and mock trial.
The successful candidate will teach according to an established curriculum and work with others to plan and coordinate events.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic teacher, and a team player with good communication skills who has some cross-cultural experience. A university degree is required.
– Experience in managing classroom behaviour
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Visa/completed paperwork preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching English speaking and reading to elementary and middle school students
Helping to identify needs and establish learning goals for classes and individual students
Helping plan events
Hours:
M-F 1:30-9:30pm (some flexibility)
Start Date: ASAP (FROM OCTOBER)

Monthly Salary: 2.3 Million Korean Won + benefits
50% insurance, pension
Furnished housing provided or 300,000 WON Housing allowance
