Remuneration: 50,000 (KRW) teaching hour (14-20 hours/ week)

Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:
– Teach respective subject curriculum and supervise students as per teaching schedule and contract.
– Develop lessons, demonstrations, quizzes, and tests using formative and summative assessment methods to ensure student growth.
– Provide a safe school learning environment by way of supervisions and support of all students.
– Keep accurate records of student progress utilizing required data systems and reporting methods as instructed by administration.
– Use and integrate technology for the purpose of communication, grading, instruction, and curriculum development.
– Assume responsibilities and duties assigned to teachers as per teacher contract.
– Establish and maintain protocols to demonstrate effective classroom management.
– Assist department head with any duties and tasks needed to improve curriculum.
– Abide by school operating procedures and policies.
– Assume all other responsibilities identified in the collective bargaining agreement and/or as assigned by the school administration.
Job Requirements
– Native/fluent English speaker with a high level of proficiency in academic English
– Bachelor degree or above from an accredited university in an English speaking country
*for science teaching position, degree in science required
– No experience required (certified or experience teacher preferred)
– Citizenship, residency or work visa required (E-2, F-2, F-5, F-6)
*Note: on-site interview and short class demonstration will be required
