Customer Service Executive (Mandarin) 韩国工作机会

Overview

Our client is one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Korea servicing Multinational Corporate clients.
They are looking for full time customer service professionals to join their company.

Salary Package:
Salary of KRW1,700,000 to KRW1,800,000 per month
Flight tickets (If candidates are currently not in Korea)
Meal allowance
Insurance & medical care benefits

Requirements:
F6, D10 or H1 visa holder
Native Mandarin speaker with ability to speak English
Willing to work on rotational shift
9 hours per day between 7am to 8pm (May extend to 24 hours shift in future)
5 working days per week from Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community.
Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
