Armed with the original recipe for Hanoi-style rice noodles of the famous Vietnamese restaurant "Pho Tein" and unique for its modern interior of long tables, Tang is a memorable establishment to visit. It's signature rice noodle dish (10,000 won) is made from noodles imported directly from Vietnam, steeped in 12-hour cooked beef broth. The menu favorite "bun cha" (25,000won) is full of savory charbroiled beef and vermicelli rice noodles. Bun cha is only available on the dinner menu.
