JH4 is currently talking to other Hash Groups to create a Joint Event this year.

So what are our plans?

Well there will be a patch for those who confirm their attendance, a lovely BBQ and beer, of course, will be provided. Please pay for the Hash on the Day 15,000won. If anyone brings a dish along for the bbq the Hash will cost 10,000won.

We will be looking to book rooms at a Minbak/Hotel. The rooms can fit around 24 people in one room at a squeeze.

An advanced payment of 30,000Won by JUNE 20th for the ACCOMMODATION ONLY will be required, which is non-refundable. This will secure your accommodation.

Priority will go to Hashers for accommodation anyone not joining the hash may also request for accommodation but must let us know if you are joining the Hash or not.

Names will be place below for those who have paid for accommodation.

Exact numbers are important so we know how much food and beer will needed.


Travel Info for people who have not been to Boryeong:

From Seoul:

Take the bus towards Daecheon from Seoul Nambu Terminal (9:20am ~ 6:40pm, travel time 2hr 10min/ 4 times a day)or the train from Yeongdengpo (5:48am ~ 8:28pm, departs every 50min ~ qhr 10min/ travel time 2hr 30min).

At the bus stop across from the Daecheon station, take a local bus for Daecheon Beach. It should take about 20 minutes.


From Jeonju:

Take the bus from Shiwae Bus Terminal to Daecheon (8am and 11am). By train from Jeonju Train station to Iksan, change at Iksan to Daecheon (07:30~21:30) Journey time approx 2hrs 30 price 7,800won (www.korail.com/). At the bus stop across from the Daecheon station, take a local bus for Daecheon Beach. It should take about 20 minutes.
