Whoa!  Where was tuition by credit card when I was in college?  Imagine the frequent flier miles!!!  From the Korea Herald:

"The Financial Services Commission is looking into alleged irregularities at universities concerning payment of tuition fees by credit card.

According to FSC sources, the regulator is looking into the possibility that some universities have violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act by refusing to allow students to use credit cards to pay for tuition."
